Equipment Hire

Cinema For All operates a short-term low-cost equipment hire scheme to help new groups find their feet. Equipment hire is £40 per screening for members and £80 per screening for non-members. We welcome bookings from non-volunteer led groups, commercial events or private events with hire for £120.*

If you are a new Full Member or Associate Member of Cinema For All, you can hire our equipment for a test screening for just £25! Just get in touch with us to arrange your screening. To place a booking, click on your nearest location below and follow the instructions on the page.

Christmas is a busy time of year for everyone, so to ensure we can accommodate your equipment bookings requests over the festive period (6th Dec – 9th Jan), please ensure all booking requests forms are submitted no later than 06/12/2023. After the 6th, we may not be able to confirm or guarantee any bookings that are submitted for screenings taking place between 6th December and 9th January.
