Support the Community Conference

We’re inviting members and supporters of Cinema For All to support the 2024 Community Cinema Conference and Film Society of the Year Awards, taking place in Sheffield on 22nd June! It’s a chance to support our work and showcase your community cinema on a national stage. As a charity, we rely on the generous support of our partners and members to continue to help support the varied and diverse network of community cinemas in the UK and this year you can help us deliver a key event in the community cinema calendar.

Why support the Community Cinema Conference?

The Community Cinema Conference isn’t just an event, it’s a chance for the broad network of community cinemas from around the UK to meet, network and celebrate the amazing work being done by volunteer-led cinemas in bringing communities together and strengthening film culture at both a local and national level. Your generous support will allow us to increase the conference’s impact and make it accessible to all.

Packages:

Venue Support - £50
We can’t wait to welcome our attendees to Sheffield in June, and this support would go a long way in helping us towards our venue hire and ensure we can provide a fantastic conference experience for all attendees. All supporters will receive a special thanks in our conference brochure

Afterparty Support - £75
We love a good knees up! A chance to celebrate, network and have a dance, the Film Society of the Year Awards afterparty is one of our favourite parts of the conference. Your generous support will go directly towards covering the costs of entertainment, refreshments, and other essential elements that will ensure a memorable evening for all attendees. All supporters will receive a special thanks in our conference brochure.

Are you a previous award winner or attendee that wants to pay it forward? Have your name attached to one of our 10 awards categories and receive national recognition for your support of the community cinema sector as well as a special thanks in our conference brochure.
