Jaq says:

Since picking up my first film society programme in 2008, I have been passionate about the power of volunteer-led cinema to bring great, affordable cinema to the doorsteps of communities. I am honoured to represent, develop and grow this incredible network of over 1500 community cinemas, and am excited to take lead a renewed vision for Cinema For All as we approach 2025 – the 100th anniversary of the first film society

Andrew Ormston, Chair of Cinema For All’s board of Trustees said:

The Board of Cinema For All are delighted that, following a competitive recruitment process, Jaq has accepted the role of CEO. Jaq has been an excellent Head of Programme and Business Development and acting CEO and has inspired many of our key developments. We look forward to working with Jaq and the team in Sheffield as we continue to develop our services and membership over the coming years.

We look forward to welcoming Jaq to this new role during what is a very exciting time for Cinema For All and the community cinema sector.
