How you can help support Cinema For All

Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you to the extremely generous groups who have donated to Cinema For All since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Seeing the level of support that we have received from our members during these uncertain times has been very touching to all of the Cinema For All team, and is always greatly appreciated. Especially as we know that things are very difficult for you too.

At Cinema For All, we have been lucky enough to be able to work from home for the past few weeks, and have continued to support you through our advice services, the provision of new resources, online training programmes and more. However, due to the disruption to some of our core services, including film and equipment hire, our loss of income over the next few months sadly has the potential to impact our ability to support the community cinema sector moving forward.

In light of this, we are kindly asking for some support from you.

If you are in a position to support us by making a donation, you can do so here. We are extremely grateful for all donations, large or small, and these donations will help us to be able to provide continued invaluable support for community cinemas across the UK. Everyone who donates to Cinema For All will feature on the thank you page of our website, in our annual report, and will be thanked at the Film Society of the Year Awards.

We understand that some of our members are not in a position to make a donation at this time, so here are some other key ways in which you can help to support Cinema For All.

Keeping your membership up to date
We will still be providing many membership services, even if the Booking Scheme and Equipment hire are temporarily unavailable, and we’re working on new resources to help groups like you through this uncertain period.

Signing up for an online training session
Our team have many sessions that we have developed through our innovative and successful Launchpad and Sustain programme. A single, 90min session can be yours for just £25.

Listening to the Cinema For All Podcast
Our podcast now has over 25 episodes of behind the scenes cinema goodness. What’s not to like! Please rate and review us on iTunes, or share us on social media (@cinemaforallpod).

Postponing your screenings
Postpone rather than cancel your screenings – we know it is very difficult to know when the situation in public gatherings may be OK again though.

As always, do get in touch with us on info@cinemaforall.org.uk with any questions or concerns.

RECENT DONATIONS TO CINEMA FOR ALL

We would like to express a huge thank you to Maghreb Ciné, a recent Launch Pad participant and to an anonymous donor for their recent donations to Cinema For All.

As a charity, we rely on funding from a range of sources to help us continue our work supporting community cinema exhibition in the UK and achieving the goal of cinema for all.

The generosity from these recent donations not only helps to fund projects but is also an encouraging sign of support toward the community cinema sector and our work to support it. Thank you.
