Applications for Launchpad HotHouse are now open!

Cinema For All are excited to announce our new intensive coaching programme Launchpad HotHouse, which will support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in South Yorkshire and Leicestershire to develop skills in film exhibition, to become confident community film organisers.

Funded by BFI, BBFC and Octagon Films Launchpad HotHouse will support several groups (3 x in South Yorkshire and 1 x Leicestershire) of 16-30 year olds to engage with local audiences to set up inclusive film screenings. Cinema For All will empower participants with all the skills and knowledge they need to establish, manage and programme their own film screenings.

With face to face training sessions on areas such as equipment, marketing and publicity, fundraising and audience development, Launchpad HotHouse will provide both practical and educational support to those embarking on their journey to become a young film organiser.

This will also be paired with bursaries to cover the first few film licences as well as free equipment, Cinema For All membership and much more.
