The next Cinema for All South West Viewing Day will be held in Batcombe on Sunday 24 November. The event is to be hosted for the third time by Batcombe Film Society in the Jubilee Hall. Batcombe is in the heart of Somerset, close to Shepton Mallet, accessible via the M5 and A303.

The six recent releases on DVD and Blu-ray have just been confirmed and are to be headed by the locally ‘hand-made in Cornwall’, Bait and the much praised comedy-drama The Peanut Butter Falcon, both of which are still playing in cinemas at the moment The programme also includes Transit, the latest from Christian Petzold, the director of Barbara and Phoenix, an intriguing Swedish scifi drama, Aniara, the stunning award -winning Honeyland and The Third Wife’ a new release from the Cinema for All
Booking Scheme. The event will also include a Members’ Forum and the SW Group AGM.

Members of organising committees of community cinemas/ film societies that are currently signed up with Cinema for All are welcome to attend.
