Members of Cinema For All are invited to discuss the direction of the organisation at our next Annual General Meeting at 1:30pm on Sunday 20 September which will be held via Zoom (link to be sent to attendees two days prior to the event). Our members are very important to us, so we do hope you are able to make it.
The AGM takes place during the Cinema For All Community Cinema Conference weekend (18-20 Sept), which is also going to be held online. The AGM itself is free to attend, though we hope you will join us for the whole event.
The standard ticket price for all the weekend events, including film previews, workshops, panels and more, is just £25, though we are pleased to offer a sliding scale for those on low incomes. For those who would like to support the event and Cinema For All there is also a higher price ticket.

Please note: to ensure the smooth running of the event, this year we will be introducing a code of conduct that all attendees will be required to agree to.
As there are four trustee positions available on the Cinema For All board of trustees, we will be holding an election at this year’s (online) AGM. There is also the option for online voting in advance of the AGM, for members who are unable to attend on the day.
We are delighted to have nine people standing in this election, including our current Vice-Chair, Sukayna Najmudin of Screen B14, who we are very pleased is standing for re-election. We are very excited to work with this year’s cohort.

PROPOSALS AND QUESTIONS:
There are no proposals to approve in advance this year.
In the spirit of inclusiveness and efficiency, Cinema For All would like to invite its members to submit questions to the board in advance of the AGM. Annual General Meetings are a forum for information and discussion of any aspect relevant to the running of Cinema For All and the annual report. The board and staff of Cinema For All are keen to listen to all its members and keep open its lines of communication. Prior submission will allow us to address questions from across the membership within the limited time of the meeting. Board members and staff will also be available after the meeting to discuss any issues that members may wish to raise. Questions should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 15 September.
If you are an Associate and you wish to upgrade to Member in order to take part, please note there is no price difference – simply send us your constitution and we will upgrade your status to allow you to vote.
