ONLINE FILMS AVAILABLE FROM THE BOOKING SCHEME

Below is a list of all the films currently available for online screenings from the Cinema For All Booking Scheme along with information on how they can be screened and the licence fee. We work with lots of brilliant distribution partners so each method of screening the film/the licence fee may be different so please check the details of the individual film. Licence fee: £50

How it’s screened: Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a Vimeo link and password unique for your community cinema. You can then share this with your audience privately. The Booksellers

Dirt Road to Lafayette

Licence fee: £20 until 31 March 2021 and then £90 onwards.

How it’s screened: Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a link to the directors website and password. You can then share this link and password with your audience privately. They just need to click the link and enter the password (it will then ask for the password a second time). They can press play and pause when they like but you can encourage your audience to watch it at the same time to  help create the shared experience of your usual screening. Book here.

 

Yuli: The Carlos Acosta Story

Licence fee: £50 until March 31 2021. £90 onwards.

How it’s screened: In your booking request form please write the audience capacity in the note section. This is the number of people the link will be capped at the watch the screening. We will share a link with you to watch the film via the Modern Films watch page. Your audience will then need to:

  1. click the link and the price will come up as £0.00 (free). At the checkout,  your audience members will need to supply their first and last names and email address, then leave the discount code blank. You may wish to select not to be contacted by Modern Films.
  2. Completion of this stage will take them to two subsequent pages. On page two, they must complete the ‘where did you hear’ box.
  3. The last page confirms your success, gives you a booking reference, and emails you a confirmation.  You can now press play on each individual link – one to stream the film, and one for the Q&A.  These links will be valid until midnight on the day of your screening. The pre-recorded Q+A is hosted by Anna Smith, speaking with director Iciar Bollain, screenwriter Paul Laverty, producer Andrea Calderwood, and Carlos Acosta.

Southern Journey (Revisited)

Licence fee: £50

How it’s screened:  Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a Vimeo link and password. You can then share this with your audience privately. They just need to click the link and enter the password. They can press play and pause when they like but you can encourage your audience to watch it at the same time to help create the shared experience of your usual screening. Book now.

The following titles are all available for £50 and are screened via Altitude Entertainment’s online streaming platform. To book any of the films below, complete the booking request form and in the notes section write the capacity of your audience for the screening. The link will be capped at this amount so can only be viewed by the amount you put in the notes. We will then send you a link with a discount code for your audience that will make the film free for them to watch on the Altitude platform. The link access will end at midnight on your chosen screening date.

Your audience will need to:

  1. click ‘watch film’ and then ‘sign up’ and fill out the sign up form (example in picture below). This should only take a minute.
  2. Log in with their new sign up details, enter the discount code and press play. They can press play and pause when they like but you can encourage your audience to all watch at the same time. The film will only be available for the date of your screening.
